Bangalore, Aug 4: Godrej Properties Limited, a national real estate developer, announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
CORPORATE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Sales highlights
- Booking value in Q1 FY27 grew to INR 8,651 crores, a YoY growth of 22%. This was achieved through the sale of 3,738 units with a total area of 6.2 million sq. ft.
- This is the 6th consecutive quarter in which GPL’s booking value has exceeded INR 7,000 crore.
- This is the highest first quarter booking value achieved by Godrej Properties.
- Booking value in the quarter was driven by strong demand in several new project launches including Godrej Vanantara in Bengaluru, Godrej Samaris in Gurugram and Godrej Brooklyn Avenue in Hyderabad.
- Bookings contribution were led by Bengaluru , followed by MMR , NCR, Pune & Hyderabad .
- Collections and cashflow highlights
- Q1 FY27 collections stood at INR 4,348 crore representing a YoY growth of 18%.
- Q1 FY27 OCF stood at INR 399 crore
- Construction and related outflow increased by 54% YoY in Q1 FY27.
- Business development highlights
- GPL has added 3 new projects with an estimated saleable area of approximately
8.0 million sq. ft. and expected booking value of INR 9,500 crore in Q1 FY27
- GPL has achieved 48% of its annual guidance for business development for FY27 in the first quarter.
- Other highlights
- GPL has delivered 0.9 million sq. ft. of projects in Q1 FY27
- Godrej Properties was included in TIME World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2026 the only real estate company in India to feature on the list.

Commenting on the performance of Q1 FY27, Mr. Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairperson, Godrej Properties Limited, said:
“Godrej Properties delivered another solid quarter for bookings, collections, business development and earnings. We expect the sales momentum to continue for rest of the year led by strong end user demand across key markets. We remain on track to deliver on bookings of over INR 39,000 crore and collections of INR 24,000 crores for the year, which will allow us to generate approximately Rs. 9,000 crores of operating cash flow, which in turn will allow us to continue to invest in sustainable growth. We will continue to seek to gain market share through outstanding design, timely delivery, and high-quality developments.”

Q1 FY27 performance overview compared with Q1 FY26
- Total Income declined by 16% to INR 1,337 crore as compared to INR 1,593 crore
- EBITDA declined by 40% to INR 545 crore as compared to INR 915 crore
- Net Profit declined by 42% to INR 350 crore as compared to INR 600 crore
- EPS# amounted to INR 11.62 as compared to INR 19.92
