QLA Curates Romantic Valentine’s Day Dining Experience

This Valentine’s Day, QLA presents an intimate dining experience designed for couples seeking an evening that feels considered, elegant, and immersive. Set against the enduring silhouette of the Qutab Minar, the celebration brings together exclusive menus, live music, and a warm, romantic ambience, inviting guests to slow down and cherish the moment.

For the occasion, QLA introduces exclusive Valentine’s Day set menus, curated as a refined dining journey. Guests may choose between a four-course experience in the Restaurant or a five-course experience in the Courtyard, each paced to balance indulgence with restraint. À la carte dining will be available exclusively on the terrace on 14th February 2026, offering select tables uninterrupted views of the Qutab alongside QLA’s signature flavours.

The Valentine’s menus are crafted by Chef Dipender Tiwari, Culinary Director at QLA, and recall the restaurant’s ingredient-led philosophy. Bold global flavours are expressed through sophisticated European techniques, with select dishes inspired by seasonal produce and guest favourites, resulting in courses that feel generous yet thoughtfully balanced.

Bold global flavours are expressed through the finest European techniques, with dishes such as Burrata, Blood Orange & Pistachio with cold-pressed olive oil, basil cress, and citrus reduction, Baked Cheese Portobello featuring cheese jalapeno stuffed wild mushroom, nut crumble, and jalapeno cream sauce, and Lobster + Caviar served with pumpkin ginger puree, beluga caviar, orange champagne sauce, and citrus gel. Mains spread across both land and sea, including Miso Cod with brulee cod, caramel pumpkin, citrus ginger sauce, and hibiscus gel, and Smoked Duck prepared with fennel spiced duck breast, beets puree, red onion marmalade, and mix berry jus, while desserts like Strawberry Heart Crémeux and Maldon Chocolate Love Bowl bring the experience to a measured, romantic close.

The evening is complemented by a carefully layered atmosphere. Subtle romantic décor and mood lighting set the mood right across the restaurant and courtyard, accompanied by live saxophone performances. On the terrace, select paid tables will feature live singing, adding a lyrical charm to the Valentine’s experience. Guests will be welcomed with specially curated welcome drinks, with additional beverage selections available throughout the evening. Vegetarian options are included, with vegan and gluten-free preferences accommodated with prior intimation.

The Valentine’s Day experience will be offered across two seating slots from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with pricing ranging from INR 10,500 AI per couple for the Restaurant experience to INR 17,500 AI per couple for the Courtyard, depending on the dining space and time selected. There is no strict dress code; guests are encouraged to dress elegantly or smart-casually to complement the occasion.
