Curated by Chefs Rahul Akerkar and Jaydeep Mukherjee, Flint’s Mother’s Day brunch brings together the restaurant’s signature grill-forward cooking with a relaxed, family-style dining experience. The afternoon begins with an elaborate cold spread featuring artisanal cheeses, cured meats, house-made dips, fresh breads, seasonal salads, and desserts, accompanied by a live performance by Chelsea Duo and a warm, celebratory setting.
Guests can also order from a specially curated menu of Flint favourites, including Cast Iron Shakshuka, Bharoochi Akuri with buttered pav, Smoked Chicken Pizza with Roast Corn, Spinach & Smoked Ricotta Ravioli, Blackened Pomfret, and Texas BBQ Spatchcock Chicken, alongside a selection of desserts such as Burnt Basque Cheesecake and Smoked Apple Tarte Tatin.
