Intellecap Advisory Services Private Limited and Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (formerly Bartronics) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), and Producer Enterprises (PEs) through technology-led interventions that enhance digital capabilities, improve financial inclusion, expand market access, and support export readiness across India’s rural value chains.
The collaboration brings together Intellecap’s expertise in strengthening rural enterprises and producer institutions with Avio Stack’s SMART platform, a unified digital ecosystem designed to support farmer organisations through integrated technology, financial services, and market enablement solutions, supporting inclusive growth, investment readiness, and scalable agricultural transformation across India, Asia, and Africa.
The partnership aims to accelerate the digital transformation of FPOs/FPCs and PEs by enabling operational digitisation, improving access to financial services, creating stronger domestic and export market linkages, and supporting the adoption of technologies that enhance traceability, productivity, quality management, and supply chain efficiency.
Under the collaboration, Intellecap will facilitate the identification and onboarding of Farmer Producer Organisations and Producer Enterprises onto the AVIO SMART platform while supporting the implementation of programmes focused on digital adoption, operational efficiency, financial inclusion, and enhanced market access.
Avio Stack will provide end-to-end digital capabilities through the AVIO SMART platform, enabling farmer onboarding, procurement management, inventory tracking, transaction recording, and operational monitoring. The company will also provide technical support, user training, troubleshooting, and capacity-building initiatives to ensure effective adoption of the platforms for procurement, inventory management and market intelligence. Additionally, ASMS will facilitate access to banks, financial institutions, fintech partners, and digital lending ecosystems while supporting procurement, buyer-seller connectivity, domestic and export market linkages, and initiatives focused on branding, packaging, traceability, quality compliance, and certification for international markets.
