     India’s Macroeconomic Stability: India’s resilience and clean banking/corporate balance sheets (resolving the “twin balance sheet” issue) serves as a launchpad for the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.

     AI as a Growth Catalyst: AI is not a threat, but a necessary fuel accelerating economic progress—enabling India to leverage plummeting compute costs without legacy baggage.

     Shift in Financial Moats: Traditional financial moats may not be relevant any longer. The future belongs to digital-native platforms that connect consumers with services contextually, smartly, and seamlessly.

     Global Strategic Alliances: Emphasized the deepening maturity of strategic JVs with global leaders like BlackRock (wealth & asset management) and Allianz (insurance) and how it will enable Jio Financial Services to bring world-class financial services to the people of India.

     Pioneering ‘Intelligent Finance’: Marked FY 2025–26 as a pivotal year in defining intelligent finance and building visible market scale.

     Meeting the New Consumer Paradigm: Highlighted a shift driven by a young, digitally native population that demands speed without friction; simplicity; transparency; and systems that adapt to their needs.

     Hyper-Personalisation (N=1): Centered on the JioFinance App using Agentic AI to move toward an ‘N=1’ experience, where the platform acts as a tailored, personal companion for each unique individual user.

     Ecosystem Advantage: Powered by the wide reach, trust, and distribution scale of the broader Jio ecosystem, connecting hundreds of millions of Indians.

     Global Standards: Committed to designing products and services that meet world-class global standards rather than just local competition.

Key Messages from Mr. Hitesh Sethia, MD & CEO, Jio Financial Services:

     Execution Scale: Guided by the theme “Fintelligence For All,” JFS transitioned from building foundational capabilities to operating at a meaningful scale across all business lines.

     Neural Agentic Marketplace: The transformed JioFinance app evolved into a neural agentic marketplace powered by AI models and real-time behavioral intelligence, reaching 23 million unique users across digital properties.

     Financial Performance:

     Consolidated total income (excl. dividends) rose 78% YoY to Rs. 3,274 crore.

     Core business operations income jumped 272% YoY to Rs. 1,390 crore, contributing 54% of net total income.

     Pre-Provision Operating Profit (PPOP, excl. dividends) reached Rs. 1,357 crore.

     Business Growth:

     Jio Credit: AUM grew 156% YoY to Rs. 25,711 crore.

     Jio Payments Bank: Deposits grew 84% YoY to Rs. 544 crore across 3.7 million customers.

     Jio Payment Solutions: Total Payment Volume (TPV) grew 144% YoY to > Rs. 52,000 crore.

     JioBlackRock AMC: AUM crossed Rs. 16,000 crore within its first year.

     Jio Insurance Broking: Facilitated Rs. 982 crore in total premiums.

     Rapid AUM Growth: JioBlackRock Asset Management’s Assets Under Management (AUM) surpassed Rs. 16,000 crore within its first year of operations; expanded market access to first-time investors and retail investors from beyond the top 30 Indian cities.

     Partnerships & Reach: Allianz Jio Reinsurance commenced operations in March 2026 alongside a binding JV for general/health insurance.

     JFS’s financial products and services are available pan-India across >19,000 PIN codes.

Key Tech Initiatives:

Enterprise Infrastructure & Technology

     Low-Code & Agentic AI Deployment: Deployed 14+ Agentic AI and 15+ Data Science use cases using low-code/no-code platforms, cutting delivery times from months to weeks, and reducing operational costs by ~30%.

     AI Command Centre: Operates a 24×7 AI Command Centre for automated system oversight and proactive threat prediction.

Business-Specific Tech Innovations

     Jio Finance Platform and Service Limited (JioFinance App):

     Features a 15-Agent AI Ecosystem collaborating with ~40 decision engines, analysing over 800 behavioural traits to deliver real-time, unbiased, hyper-personalised product recommendations.

     Jio Credit Limited:

     Deployed six enterprise-grade digital platforms across Partner Process Automation, Debt & Legal Management, InsureTech, Tele & Video Solutions and MarTech. Digitisation of core workflows achieved 95% partner adoption and slashed process turnaround time by 75–80%.

     Designed and piloted 14 specialised AI projects across Risk, Compliance, Credit and Audit, utilising document intelligence and automated data extraction.

     These AI solutions, featuring rapid prototyping, reduced delivery time from the traditional 3-4 months to 2-3 weeks. These low-code/no-code solutions also delivered up to a 30% reduction in operating costs and a 40% improvement in process turnaround times.

     Jio Payments Bank:

     AI handles ~60% of customer support emails in native Indian languages.

     Deployed Next-Gen Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) tolling technology & NETC FASTag acquiring.

     Automated settlement for UPI Pay-In & AePS.

     Jio Payment Solutions (JPSL):

     Implemented smart transaction routing using Google Vertex AI and RAG based on real-time bank health and cost optimisation.

     Built an AI ‘Digital Workforce’ including a ‘Compliance Brain’ and ‘Datalake Captain’ for real-time natural language transaction querying, paired with 15-minute near real-time settlement engines.

     Jio Insurance Broking (JIBL):

     Built Agentic AI chatbots enabling end-to-end direct-to-customer policy purchases in under 3 minutes.

     JioBlackRock (AMC & Investment Advisers):

     Deployed BlackRock’s Aladdin® platform to enable institutional-grade risk management, real-time portfolio drift tracking, and automated rebalancing nudges (“Smart SIP”) for retail investors.

     Introduced Systematic Active Equity (SAE), using AI/ML to evaluate daily financial and market signals across 1,000+ Indian companies.
