July 23: As the monsoon settles over Mumbai, MoMo Café at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport invites guests to embrace the season with Ramen & Rain: Monsoon Bowls, a special dinner experience running from 26th July to 6th August 2026. Inspired by the overwhelming response to The Brunch Society – Streets of Asia, the menu extends the celebration of Asian comfort food into an immersive ten-day dinner series, where steaming bowls, bold flavours, and interactive dining take centre stage.
At the heart of the experience is the Live Ramen Station, where guests can build their own bowls by choosing from an assortment of rich broths including Miso Butter Corn, Spicy Tantanmen, Shoyu Garlic, and Vegetarian Umami, paired with a selection of noodles, proteins, fresh vegetables, and toppings. Designed as the hero attraction, every bowl is customised to suit individual tastes, making each visit a unique culinary experience.
This also features a rotating line-up of interactive bowl concepts. On alternate days, guests can enjoy wholesome Buddha Bowls, layered with fresh grains, seasonal vegetables, proteins, and vibrant Asian-inspired dressings, while the Korean Bowl Station showcases favourites such as Bibimbap, Seoul Fire Chicken Bowl, Korean Tofu Bowl, and Bulgogi Mushroom Bowl, celebrating Korea’s bold and comforting flavours.
Complementing the live stations is an expansive Asian-inspired dinner buffet featuring handcrafted dim sums, gyoza, Korean Fried Cauliflower, Thai Green Curry, Japanese Katsu Curry, wok-tossed vegetables, stir-fried noodles, and an array of small plates inspired by street food from across East and Southeast Asia.
The Monsoon Dessert Studio rounds off the experience with contemporary Asian sweets including Matcha Tiramisu, Black Sesame Mousse, Miso Caramel Cheesecake, Green Tea Opera Pastry, Coconut Sticky Rice, and other desserts inspired by the region’s diverse culinary traditions.
To accompany the menu, guests are welcomed with a refreshing Rain Drop Shot, a chilled cucumber and yuzu cooler that sets the tone for the evening. The beverage programme continues with refreshing signatures including Tokyo Monsoon, blending yuzu, cucumber, mint, and soda, Seoul Storm with ginger, plum, and sparkling water, and the vibrant Lychee Rain Fizz.
