New Delhi, July 29: Saraf and Partners advised Info Edge Limited, a publicly listed company, on its acquisition of a 49 percentage stake in Sunrise Mentors Private Limited from its founders. The acquisition was structured as a share purchase from the founders.
The Transaction is significant for Info Edge as it consolidates full ownership of Coding Ninjas and strengthens its position in the ed-tech and career-skilling ecosystem. The acquisition enables closer integration of Coding Ninjas with Info Edge’s flagship recruitment platform, Naukri, unlocking business synergies and long-term growth opportunities.
The Transaction team was led by Vaibhav Kakkar, along with Snigdhaneel Satpathy and Debarpan Ghosh, and consisted of Sonia Mangtani and Nikhil Surana .
