Pune, July 22: A&Co., the artisanal luxury brand known for its distinctive writing instruments, has announced the launch of the A&Co. Eminence , Cities of India – Pune Limited Edition, a specially crafted fountain pen inspired by the history, architecture and enduring spirit of Pune.
Limited to just 27 individually numbered pieces, the edition brings together treated teak wood and a striking GPS Abstract polyester blank in warm shades of ivory and brown. The natural teak barrel is intricately engraved with silhouettes of some of Pune’s most recognisable landmarks, transforming each pen into a miniature tribute to the city.
The design reflects Pune’s unique identity: deeply rooted in heritage, yet progressive in outlook. The warmth and character of the engraved wood are balanced by the contemporary movement and colour of the polyester material, creating a writing instrument that feels both timeless and distinctive.
Each pen is fitted with a carefully tuned Bock nib, available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad and Double Broad options. This allows collectors and writing enthusiasts to select a nib that best complements their individual writing style.
Designed to offer a substantial yet comfortable writing experience, the pen weighs 33 grams and features a 12.5 mm section diameter. It measures 144 mm when capped, 128 mm when uncapped and 160 mm when posted, giving it a balanced presence for both everyday writing and extended writing sessions.
