New Delhi, Aug 13: CapitalXB Finance, an RBI-regulated NBFC-Factor focused on supply chain, working-capital and trade finance for MSMEs, mid-market companies and exporters, today announced the implementation of its end-to-end digital lending and supply chain finance platform powered by the Biz2X AI-powered digital lending suite.
The implementation forms a key part of CapitalXB’s strategy to build a technology-led trade-finance platform combining digital credit, regulated lending, export finance, foreign exchange, compliance and distribution. The technology infrastructure is designed to support CapitalXB as it scales transaction volumes, introduces new financing products and expands across domestic and international trade corridors.
CapitalXB has built a differentiated regulatory and operating infrastructure coamprising its NBFC-Factor and AD Category-III licence.. Together, these capabilities allow the company to combine domestic and export financing, foreign exchange, export compliance and distribution within an integrated trade-finance platform.
Through the Biz2X platform, CapitalXB has reduced KYC and client onboarding timelines from 2–3 days to less than an hour, while AI-assisted credit assessment has improved credit turnaround times by more than 80%. Over the next 12–18 months, the partnership is expected to support more than 250 new SMEs and MSMEs, expanding access to technology-enabled working-capital and trade-finance solutions.
CapitalXB also expects to facilitate more than ₹1,000 crore in disbursements over the next 12–18 months through the Biz2X-powered platform.
The Biz2X platform provides CapitalXB with a scalable digital architecture spanning origination, onboarding, underwriting, documentation and portfolio management. By combining automation, data intelligence and AI-assisted credit workflows, the platform is designed to enable CapitalXB to scale transaction volumes without a corresponding linear increase in operating complexity and credit headcount.
The technology infrastructure will also support CapitalXB’s planned expansion across international trade corridors through its capital-light, partner-led cross-border model, enabling the company to build connectivity between Indian businesses and financing partners across key global markets.
Commenting on the implementation, Taranjit S Jaswal, Managing Director & CEO of CapitalXB, said:
“Our objective is not simply to digitise lending. We are building an integrated trade-finance platform that combines credit, technology, regulatory infrastructure and institutional capital distribution. Biz2X gives us the technology architecture to scale this model efficiently, shorten credit and onboarding timelines, and deliver a significantly better financing experience for MSMEs and exporters.”
“As we scale, AI will increasingly support underwriting, monitoring and operational workflows, while credit policy and sanctioning remain institutionally governed. We see this implementation as the beginning of a long-term collaboration with Biz2X focused on building scalable financial infrastructure for Indian and cross-border trade.”
Rohit Arora, Co-Founder and CEO of Biz2Credit and Biz2X, said:
“The future of supply chain finance will be built on intelligent platforms combining AI, automation and data to make credit faster, more transparent and more scalable. CapitalXB is building a differentiated regulated trade-finance platform, and our partnership provides the digital infrastructure to support its growth across India and international trade corridors.”
The implementation further strengthens the strategic partnership between CapitalXB and Biz2X, reflecting a shared vision to modernise trade and supply chain finance infrastructure through AI-led digital innovation.
It also comes as CapitalXB prepares for its next phase of institutional growth capital to scale its lending, distribution and cross-border trade-finance capabilities. The company’s strategy is to progressively expand beyond balance-sheet lending by building capital-light revenue streams across syndication, FX, compliance and cross-border financial services.
